Dr. Lexter N. Woodley, LL.M. graduated in law and journalism and is the proud owner of Dutch Einsteins, which began in early 2011 as a recruitment agency for highly educated professionals. That same year, she was nominated for Best Dutch Businesswoman and was named one of the 400 most successful women in the Netherlands by VIVA magazine.

After spending several years in the United Kingdom, she now resides in the Netherlands.

She has completed her PhD at Birkbeck, University of London.
